Study Purpose

In this study, we are trying to find out if a brief trauma-focused treatment, known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can help people recover from a recent concussion. This study will be done via telehealth (Zoom) and so anyone in BC is eligible to participate if you meet other study criteria.

Details

After an initial phone screen to determine eligibility, you will be asked to provide informed consent. You will complete baseline computerized testing and then be randomized to either EMDR right away, or put on a waitlist to receive EMDR later on. The computerized testing will be completed one week later, and then at 3 months post-injury.
