Other Digestive System, Other Diet and Nutrition, Fatigue, Environmental factors, Exercise and Physical Fitness
To examine the cumulative effects of a combined exercise, mindfulness, and nutrition intervention on the overall health of older adults. Please note: We are still recruiting, but it may take a few weeks for someone to reach out to you to go through the screening process. Thank-you for your patience.
Following an initial assessment, participants randomized into the intervention group will complete 6 months of exercise classes, mindfulness, and nutrition training followed by another assessment. Those randomized to the waitlist group will continue with their daily activities for 6 months, undergo an assessment, and then complete the same intervention.
