Study Purpose

The Long COVID Patient Experience Project is recruiting people who had or currently have long COVID to become "citizen scientists" to help solve the puzzle of long COVID. Participants will be invited to complete an anonymous online survey describing how symptoms have impacted their lives and to share their story about the journey with long COVID. All participants will also have an opportunity to compare their symptoms with others.

You can sign-up or simply explore the website as a guest at https://patientscientist.ca/ and you can contribute as much or as little as you want about your symptoms. You can proceed through the survey without providing answers you don't want to answer by clicking next and can stop anytime by leaving the website. NOTE: Volunteers who select "I'm Interested" will not be contacted by the study team, participation is via the link only
