15 Minute Survey: Physical Activity and Menopause

The purpose of this project is to understand, from the perspective of people experiencing menopause, how and why specific menopausal symptoms impact their experiences of physical activity. Participants will complete an online survey that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. They will be asked to answer open-ended questions on how they believe their menopausal symptoms have influenced, or continue to influence, their experiences of physical activity.
