Imaging study for patients with COPD (TORCH)

COPD is a lung disease that limits airflow through the lungs and causes cough and shortness of breath. The purpose of this study is to use chest computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to determine the changes in the lungs that are related to COPD.
In this study, participants will complete questionnaires about their medical history, perform a breathing test, blood draw, chest CT and MRI at their first visit and at the end of the study (2.5 years after the first visit). Participants will also have the option to complete bronchoscopy. Participants will have phone follow-ups every 6 months.
