Research Study
Help us ask the right questions to the right patients at the right times!
On Hold
Other Diagnosis and Therapy, Other General Health , Health Services and Policy, Social Determinants of Health, Other Health Systems and Technology
The goal is for people to be able to fill out health surveys that are shorter, more accurate, and customized to reflect unique lived experiences, culture, and social situation. To do this, it’s important to first understand how people with diverse experiences and backgrounds answer the same questions, through a process called ‘calibration’. From this, the team can learn which questions are most relevant to each person.
If you are willing to participate in this study, we invite you to complete an online survey. Please note: • Your participation is voluntary. • Completion of the survey takes about 30 minutes. • You will need access to a computer, tablet or cellphone with an internet connection because the survey is online. • At the end, you can download a report. • You may enter your name into a draw with the chance of winning one of 10 iPad tablets. After you indicate interest, the study coordinator (Dr. Charlotte Berendonk), will send you the survey link by email. You are welcome to ask any questions prior to participating.
