Research Study
Patient/Caregiver input in evaluating HealthLink BC Virtual Physician Services
Closed Recruitment
Rural Health, Other Blood, Heart, Circulation, Digital Health, Other Kidneys and Urinary System, Other Rehabilitation Intervention
HealthLink BC's Virtual physicians provide confidential health information and advice and are available to 8-1-1 callers after assessment by an 8-1-1 registered nurse. We are conducting an evaluation of this service to understand its benefits and how the service can be improved.
After you express interest, a researcher will contact you by telephone or email and ask you a few questions to determine whether you are eligible to participate. We will ask the eligible participant, if interested, to sign a consent form and attend a 30-60 minute Zoom or phone interview. You are able to bring someone to translate, or we can offer translation services as well. Participants will be given a $50 gift card for their time.
